Forge
(Strength)

Not your average Reformer class—this is where resistance meets rebellion.

Build muscle, break stereotypes, and redefine what strength looks like.


What to expect:


You’ll use resistance-based props like dumbbells, weighted balls, and Magic Circles to make your muscles burn and focus on building strength.


Ignight

(Cardio - Endurance)

High-intensity with zero apologies. With a faster pace, pulses, and cardio elements, this class will push your limits and turn “I can’t” into “Watch me!”


What to Expect:


Get ready to raise your heart rate and break a sweat with the use of Jumpboards and other props for a dynamic, sweaty challenge.


Restore
(Recovery/Mobility)

Forget boring stretching—this class blends precision and movement to unwind your body. Part therapy, part revolution.


What to Expect:



This slower-paced class uses Yoga Blocks, Foam Rollers, Pilates Balls, and Therabands to enhance mobility, flexibility, balance, stability, and core strength. You’ll leave feeling smooth, supple, and buttery in all the right ways.
