Reformer Certification Only – This course is all about the Reformer. You’ll cover spring resistance, equipment set-up, safety, and 80+ Reformer exercises across warm-up, core, upper and lower body, mobility, and stretch series.
Note: If you're not already certified in Mat Pilates, you’ll need to complete that first.

Course Format:
- App-Based Learning – 100+ hours of videos, readings, and quizzes.
- In-Person Workshops – 2 full days of hands-on Reformer training and assessment.
- Practice Hours – 10 hours of Observation + 10 hours of Teaching Practice (under qualified supervision or via video submission).
